Shipping policy

Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your order.

Please note that during the Collection launch period, the delivery delays are longer than usual (it takes time to find buried treasure ;) Please allow 5 to 10 days following the confirmation of your order. Merci for your understanding! 

Please be aware that some orders will be subject to additional government duties and fees.

These charges are solely determined by the arrival countries customs authorities. We cannot predict the amount of duties and taxes you will be charged upon delivery.

Returns and exchanges

You have fifteen days from when you receive your order to return your purchase for a refund if you’re not happy. The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, labels must still be attached. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. 

You can return your order directly to one of our Conciergeries (LONDON ADDRESS). Here’s how:

1. On our website, choose the ‘La Conciergerie’ option when making a request to return an order.
2. Leave your items at La Conciergerie.
3. You will be refunded immediately.

Stick the return receipt (which comes with the delivery) onto the package, and leave it at the nearest delivery point or post office :

We don’t offer an exchange service through our website. To order a new size, style or colour of your chosen item, you just have to place a new order through our online shop.

We have but one obsession: to offer you the most beautiful creations there are! If, despite all of our quality assurance checks, there is still a slight defect with your product, please contact our Customer Service department at info@elli2nightwear.com
